I've spent over five years implementing, troubleshooting, and auditing POS systems for restaurants, bars, and cafes across Southern California. I've been on-site during Friday night rushes when the network goes down. I've seen delivery apps charging for modifiers that were never set up correctly. I've watched kitchen staff work twice as hard because tickets were routing to the wrong station.
